I’m delighted to announce as part of our ongoing strategy to enhance our presence across Europe, we have appointed Hendrik Heitjans to our IAVS operation to oversee new business development across the German market.
Based in Germany, Hendrik will be responsible for developing and building our supplier distribution network and growing sales operation in the country, focusing on driving growth in the special purpose vehicles (SPV) and industrial machinery markets. Working with our existing team, Hendrik will look to enhance our position in German speaking countries, identifying channels to develop sales and grow our customer base.
With over 11 years’ experience working across the antivibration sector, Hendrik joins the Trelleborg with a strong sales and management background, previously holding roles as a key account manager for a series of leading organizations in Germany. As part of his role, Hendrik will be responsible for servicing the needs of new and existing clients, customer and market analysis and technical customer assistance, as well as representing Trelleborg at upcoming trade events.
Hendrik’s appointment to IAVS will play an integral role in the development of the company and his experience, enthusiasm and understanding of the industry are real assets. We look forward to working with him developing this key area of the business throughout 2016 and beyond.
